Many republican elected officials have stated that they are not in favor of passing legislation issuing global warming solutions most likely because they do not believe global warming exists. Democrats know how to stop global warming but are having trouble passing legislation because of the republican’s demand for a super majority in order to pass anything. There are several different types of global warming solutions like developing new kinds of alternative and renewable energies such as solar, wind and geothermal power. Investing in this will create millions of new jobs, which will put Americans back to work and stimulate our economy. The list of global warming solutions also include producing more electric cars like RAV4s and hybrids. This will substantially reduce the amount of pollution that gas powered cars create and it will also create more jobs. The democrats do not claim to know how to stop global warming from their own basic knowledge. These global warming solutions come from scientists who have evidence that proves that not only does global warming exist, but explains how to stop global warming.
